Consult with our specialist who will evaluate your condition and recommend admission if necessary.
Step 2: Pre-Admission Formalities
Complete registration forms and submit necessary documents at the admission desk.
Step 3: Room Allocation
Choose your preferred accommodation based on availability and get escorted to your room.

- Doctor's admission recommendation
- Valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
- Insurance details (if applicable)
- Previous medical records and reports (if any)

All accommodations include nurse call systems, television, Wi-Fi, and hygienic washrooms.
Food & Dietary Services
Our in-house dietary department prepares nutritious and balanced meals for patients based on their health conditions and dietary requirements.

Family members can order meals from our cafeteria at an additional cost.

Visitor Information
Visiting Hours:
- General Wards: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Private Rooms: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- ICU/CCU: As permitted by the doctor (usually brief visits during designated hours)
Guidelines for Visitors:
- Please maintain silence and respect other patients' privacy
- Maximum two visitors per patient at a time
- Children below 12 years are not recommended in patient areas
- Avoid bringing food items without consulting the nursing staff
- Follow all infection control practices as instructed

Billing Process
For Cash Patients:
- An initial deposit is required at the time of admission
- Interim bills are generated every 3-4 days for extended stays
- Final settlement is done at the time of discharge
- Detailed itemized bills are provided for all services rendered
For Insurance Patients:
- Insurance card and pre-authorization are required at admission
- Our insurance desk will coordinate with your insurance provider
- You'll need to pay for expenses not covered under your policy
- All necessary documentation for claims will be provided
